2型糖尿病患者应用消渴健脾汤治疗对改善血糖、血脂及丙二醛水平的效果

Effect of Applying Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction Treatment on Improving Blood Glucose,Lipid and Malondialdehyde Levels in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的探讨对2型糖尿病患者应用中药汤剂消渴健脾汤进行治疗对血糖、血脂以及丙二醛的影响,并分析药物的治疗效果与应用价值。方法选择2018年11月—2022年12月内昌乐县人民医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为常规组与中药组,各40例。常规组应用瑞舒伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗,中药组按照2型糖尿病中医分型针对性使用消渴健脾汤治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果中药组不良反应发生率低于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组FPG、2 hPG水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药组HbA1c、TC、TG、MDA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组肝肾功能变化幅度小于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者应用中药汤剂消渴健脾汤治疗可有效改善血脂、血糖及丙二醛水平,用药过程中不良反应得到有效控制,治疗效果显著。

Objective To discuss the effect of Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction on blood sugar,blood lipid and Malondialdehyde in patients with type 2 diabetes,and analyzes the therapeutic effect and application value of drugs.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Changle County People's Hospital from November 2018 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional group and a traditional Chinese medicine group,with 40 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with Rosuvastatin combined with Metformin,and the TCM group was treated with Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction according to the TCM classification of type 2 diabetes.Compared the treatment effects of two groups of patients.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The HbA1c,TC,TG,and MDA levels in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the amplitude of liver and kidney function changes in the traditional Chinese medicine group was smaller than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can effectively improve the levels of blood lipids,blood sugar and Malondialdehyde.The adverse reactions during the medication process have been effectively controlled,and the treatment effect is significant.
