羟苯磺酸钙胶囊联合贝那普利片方案对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗价值探讨

Exploring the Therapeutic Value of Calcium Hydroxybenzenesulfonate Capsules Combined with Benazepril Tablet Regimen in Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析羟苯磺酸钙胶囊联合贝那普利片方案对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗价值。方法挑选山东省单县中心医院2021年9月—2022年12月期间肾内科收治的糖尿病肾病患者80例作为研究对象,依照“数字1∶1分配法”将对象分成常规组、观察组,每组40例。予以常规组贝那普利片治疗方案,予以观察组羟苯磺酸钙胶囊联合贝那普利片治疗方案,比较两组血糖水平、肾功能指标、机体炎症指标、不良反应发生率、治疗有效率。结果相较常规组,观察组血糖水平、肾功能指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较常规组,观察组机体炎症指标、不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较常规组,观察组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者在羟苯磺酸钙胶囊联合贝那普利片方案治疗下,可促进血糖平稳,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate capsule combined with benazepril tablet regimen on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Shanxian Central Hospital in Shandong Province from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.According to the"number 1∶1 allocation method",the subjects were divided into the conventional group and the observation group,and 40 cases were included in each group.The treatment regimen of Benadryl tablets was given to the conventional group and the treatment regimen of calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsules combined with Benadryl tablets was given to the observation group,and the blood glucose level,renal function index,inflammation index,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the blood glucose level and renal function index of the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the inflammation index and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the total treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early diabetic nephropathy patients treated with calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsules combined with Benadryl tablets regimen can promote blood glucose stabilization and improve the therapeutic effect.
