参芪麦味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency

目的分析参芪麦味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月—2023年2月丰县中医医院接收的70例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法为依据,分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组采取西医治疗,观察组采取西药联合参芪麦味地黄汤治疗。对比两组患者的血糖水平、肾功能指标和不良反应。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肾功能指标水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组BUN(6.69±1.03)mmol/L、SCr(78.49±7.21)μmol/L、Cys(1.62±0.33)mg/L水平,低于对照组的(8.45±1.17)mmol/L、(86.21±7.42)μmol/L、(2.25±0.41)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.680、4.414、7.082,P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为11.43%,低于对照组的34.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.185,P<0.05)。结论对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者予以西药参芪麦味地黄汤治疗,效果更佳,能控制患者血糖水平在正常范围内,改善肾功能指标,减少不良反应,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction in treating type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods From June 2020 to February 2023,70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin received by Fengxian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction.The blood glucose level,renal function index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN(6.69±1.03)mmol/L,SCr(78.49±7.21)μmol/L and Cys(1.62±0.33)mg/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(8.45±1.17)mmol/L,(86.21±7.42)μmol/L,(2.25±0.41)mg/L,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.680,4.414,7.082,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.43%,which was lower than 34.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.185,P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction is more effective in treating type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,which can control the patient's blood glucose level within a normal range,improve renal function indicators,reduce adverse reactions,and has high safety.
