血脂、血糖及糖耐量生化指标水平在妊娠期糖尿病中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Blood Lipid,Glucose and Glucose Tolerance Biochemical Index Levels in Gestational Diabetes

目的探究在妊娠期糖尿病患者中采用血脂、血糖及糖耐量生化指标水平的临床应用价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年11月张家港市第二人民医院收治的43例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,并将其设为研究组,同时选择同时间段42名妊娠期健康体检者,设为对照组,比较两组血脂水平、糖耐量、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果研究组LDL-C、TC、TG高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组FPG、HbA1c、1 h与2 h葡萄糖耐量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者中采用血脂、血糖及糖耐量生化指标水平检验,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of blood lipid,glucose and glucose tolerance biochemical index levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 43 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to Zhangjiagang Second People's Hospital from February 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research object and set as the study group.At the same time,42 health people with checkups during pregnancy in the same time period were selected and set as the control group.The blood lipid levels,glucose tolerance,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the two groups were compared.Results LDL-C,TC,and TG in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and HDL-C was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FPG,HbA1c,1 h and 2 h glucose tolerances in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of blood lipid,glucose and glucose tolerance biochemical index level test in gestational diabetes patients is of high clinical application.
