在妊娠糖尿病治疗中应用门冬胰岛素对2 hPG、FPG指标的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Menthol Insulin on 2 hPG,FPG Indexes in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的探究针对妊娠糖尿病治疗中应用门冬胰岛素对餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG),空腹血糖(FPG)指标的影响。方法收集2021年11月—2022年11月期间山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院妇产科收诊的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者资料,基于单双序号分组法分成常规组(单数)、观察组(双数),每组50例。常规组予以人工胰岛素治疗,观察组予以门冬胰岛素治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血糖指标水平、血清学指标、治疗前后氧化物质浓度和后胱抑素C指数、并发症发生率、药物治疗指标。结果治疗前,两组患者血糖指标水平、氧化物质浓度和后胱抑素C指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,相较于常规组,观察组血糖指标水平、后胱抑素C指数、并发症发生率、药物治疗指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于常规组,观察组氧化物质浓度更高、血清学指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者通过门冬胰岛素治疗后血糖控制良好,用药并发症少且安全性高,建议普及应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying menthol insulin on 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)indexes in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shandong Yiyang Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were collected,and 50 cases in each group were divided into conventional group(odd number)and observation group(even number)based on the single and double ordinal number grouping method.The conventional group was treated with artificial insulin and the observation group was treated with menthol insulin,and the levels of blood glucose index,serological index,oxidant concentration and cystatin C index before and after treatment,complication rate and medication index were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,compared the level of blood glucose index,concentration of chemical oxidant concentration and cystatin C index between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the conventional group,the level of blood glucose index,cystatin C index,complication rate,and medication index were lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the concentration of oxidized substances was higher and serological index was better in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational diabetes mellitus patients with good glycemic control after treatment with menthol insulin,with few complications and high safety of medication,is recommended for universal application.
