预见性护理降低糖尿病肾病患者血透中低血糖的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Predictive Care in Reducing Hypoglycemia in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients with Hemodialysis

目的探讨预见性护理在糖尿病肾病患者血透中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月江苏省南通大学附属医院分院实施常规护理的透析治疗糖尿病肾病患者41例为对照组,2020年1月—2021年12月实施预见性护理的透析治疗糖尿病肾病患者41例为观察组。对比两组依从性、心理状态、不同时间段血糖水平及低血糖发生率。结果观察组均衡饮食、健康生活、自我检测、遵医用药、科学运动的依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血透1、2、3、4 h血糖水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率为4.88%低于对照组的24.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施预见性护理能提高糖尿病肾病患者依从性,改善心理状态,维持血糖水平稳定,减少低血糖的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive care in hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,41 patients with diabetes nephropathy who received dialysis treatment from the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University in Jiangsu Province and received routine care were selected as the control group,and 41 patients with diabetes nephropathy who received dialysis treatment from January 2020 to December 2021 and received predictive care as the observation group.Compared the compliance,psychological status,blood glucose levels at different time periods,and incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups.Results The compliance of the observation group with healthy diet,healthy life,self testing,medicine compliance and scientific exercise was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels at 1,2,3,and 4 hours of hemodialysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 4.88%lower than that in the control group,which was 24.39%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive care can improve the compliance of patients with diabetic nephropathy,improve the psychological state,maintain the stability of blood glucose level and reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
