急救护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Emergency Care in Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis in the Emergency Department

目的急救护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果观察。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月龙门县人民医院收治的100例急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者给予急救护理干预。对比两组患者临床指标、血糖水平以及酮症酸中毒指征改善情况。结果观察组酸中毒纠正时间、尿酮体转阴时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组HbA1c、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组β-Hb低于对照组,CO_(2)CP、血清硫胺素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中应用急救护理,患者酸中毒纠正时间以及尿酮体转阴时间明显缩短,血糖水平以及酮症酸中毒指征显著改善,具有较为理想的临床效果。

Objective To observe the application effect of emergency care in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in the emergency department.Methods 100 cases of emergency Diabetic ketoacidosis patients admitted to Longmen County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group patients were given routine nursing interventions,while the observation group patients were given emergency care.The improvement of clinical indicators,blood glucose levels and indications of ketoacidosis were compared between the two groups.Results The correction time of acidosis and the time of urine ketone body turning negative in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,HbA1c,postprandial blood glucose and fasting plasma glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,observation group ofβ-Hb was lower than the control group,while CO_(2)CP and serum thiamine were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When emergency care was applied in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in the emergency department,the patients'acidosis correction time and urinary ketone body conversion time were significantly shortened,and the blood glucose level and indications of ketoacidosis were significantly improved,which had a more desirable clinical effect.
