人文关怀与护患沟通联用对糖尿病患者血糖及心理情绪的影响

Effect of Humanistic Care and Nurse-patient Communication Combination on Blood Glucose and Psychological Emotion of Diabetic Patients

目的评价人文关怀方案配合护患沟通应用于糖尿病患者中的价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年5月福清市第五医院内科糖尿病患者100例,开展随机分组干预,50例采取常规护理方案者为对照组,50例采取人文关怀与护患沟通护理方案者为观察组,比较两组血糖水平、心理状态、治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果干预后两组血糖水平均低于干预前,且观察组比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于干预前,且观察组比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组定时复诊、遵循医嘱、适当运动、合理饮食评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组总满意率(96.00%)较对照组(82.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者治疗中开展人文关怀与护患沟通配合护理方案,能更好地改善其心理状态、血糖水平、治疗依从性,且护理满意度较高。

Objective To evaluate the value of humanistic care program with nurse-patient communication in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes mellitus in the Fifth Hospital of Fuqing City from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected to carry out randomized intervention.50 patients with routine nursing program were selected as the control group,and 50 patients with humanistic care and nurse-patient communication nursing program were selected as the observation group.The blood glucose level,psychological state,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the blood glucose level of both groups was lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of regular visit,following medical advice,appropriate exercise and reasonable diet in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the treatment of diabetic patients with humanistic care and nurse-patient communication with the nursing program can lead to better improvement of their psychological status,blood glucose level,treatment compliance,and higher nursing satisfaction.
