雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Ranibizumab Combined with Fundus Laser in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年9月于包头医学院第一附属医院治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者70例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予眼底激光治疗,观察组在给予眼底激光治疗的同时联合雷珠单抗用药,对比两组BCVA、眼压以及视网膜出血吸收、水肿改善和渗出吸收时间。结果治疗后观察组的BCVA值明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的眼压值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的视网膜渗出吸收、出血吸收及水肿改善时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,能够明显提高临床治疗效果,改善黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度以及视网膜渗出吸收、出血吸收、水肿改善时间。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Ranibizumab combined with fundus laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods Seventy patients with Diabetic retinopathy who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received fundus laser treatment,while the observation group received fundus laser treatment in combination with rituximab.BCVA,intraocular pressure,retinal hemorrhage absorption,edema improvement,and exudate absorption time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the BCVA value of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure values between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).The retinal thickness of the macular fovea after treatment in both groups was better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of retinal exudate absorption,bleeding absorption,and edema in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Leizumab and fundus laser in the treatment of diabetes retinopathy can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and improve the macular fovea retinal thickness,retinal exudation absorption,bleeding absorption and edema improvement time.
