马克思主义劳动观融入高校劳动教育路径研究

Research on the Path of Integrating Marxist Labor Concept into Labor Education in Universities

在中国特色社会主义教学体系中,劳动教育是非常关键的环节,对于培养和提高学生的素质有着重大作用。党的十八大后,习近平总书记对劳动教育给予极大的关注,在许多重要讲话中都提出了“劳动最光荣,劳动最美好”的理念。特别是在《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》的出台后,中国特色社会主义建设事业将劳动教育作为一项重要战略任务,提高到前所未有的高度。高校是进行劳动教育的主要阵地,必须高度重视并贯彻落实《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》精神,全面提升新时代大学生劳动素养。基于此,针对马克思主义劳动观融入高校劳动教育的路径展开探究,并提出策略,以供参考。

In the socialist teaching system with Chinese characteristics,labor education is a crucial link and plays a significant role in cultivating and improving students’quality.After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping paid great attention to labor education,and proposed the concept that“labor is the most glorious and beautiful”in many important speeches.Especially with the introduction of the“Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools,and Primary Schools in the New Era”(the“Opinions”),labor education is regarded as an important strategic task in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and even elevated to an unprecedented level.Higher education institutions are the main battlefield for labor education,and it is necessary to attach great importance to and implement the spirit of the“Opinions”,and comprehensively improve the labor literacy of college students in the new era.Based on this,the article explores the path of integrating Marxist labor concepts into labor education in universities and proposes strategies for reference.
