摘要
针对新时代大学生劳动教育的价值取向进行了研究,分析了劳动教育的历史与理论基础,探讨了新时代大学生劳动教育的道德价值、人文素养、创新能力、就业与创业等价值取向。对新时代大学生劳动教育的实践与探索进行了分析,包括政策与制度保障、教育内容与形式创新、教师队伍建设与培训、评价与监督机制等方面。在此基础上,提出了新时代大学生劳动教育存在的问题,包括观念认识问题、教育资源问题、教育实践问题和效果评价问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策。通过对这些问题的深入研究,旨在推动新时代大学生劳动教育的深入发展,提升学生的综合素质,为培养具备社会主义核心价值观和综合素质的人才奠定坚实基础。
This article conducts research on the value orientation of labor education for college students in the new era,analyzes the historical and theoretical basis of labor education,and explores the moral value,humanistic literacy,innovation ability,employment and entrepreneurship value orientations of labor education for college students in the new era.At the same time,the article analyzes the practice and exploration of labor education for college students in the new era,including policy and institutional guarantees,innovation in educational content and form,teacher team construction and training,evaluation and supervision mechanisms,and other aspects.On this basis,this article proposes the problems existing in labor education for college students in the new era,including issues of conceptual understanding,educational resources,educational practice,and effectiveness evaluation,and proposes corresponding solutions to these problems.Through in-depth research on these issues,this article aims to promote the in-depth development of labor education for college students in the new era,enhance their comprehensive qualities,and lay a solid foundation for cultivating talents with socialist core values and comprehensive qualities.
