Functional Implementation of the Ideological and Political Education and Labor Education in Universities Based on Synergy Theory

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记不止一次地指出,“要重视劳动教育对学生的整体育人作用”,并提出要将劳动教育融入学生的整个成长过程中,将其融入家庭、学校、社会的各个环节中,以帮助学生成为一个德智体美劳都能得到充分发展的社会主义的建设者和接班人。《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要(试行)》明确了我国大中小学劳动教育的内容与方法,并对其进行了明确规定。这些都凸显了劳动教育是高校人才培养的重要内容和环节,高校必须遵循时代发展要求,立足实际、聚焦特色、守正创新,在新时代背景下不断深化对高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人规律的认识,深化对人才培养的规律性认识,切实增强大学生的劳动意识、技能和素养。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping pointed out that“we should attach importance to the overall educational role of labor education in students”,and it is proposed to“integrate labor education into the entire growth process of students,and integrate it into various aspects of families,schools,and society,in order to help students become builders and successors of socialism that can fully develop morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.”In the“Guidelines for Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)”,the content and methods of labor education in China’s primary and secondary schools are clearly defined and specified.These all highlight that labor education is an important content and link in talent cultivation in universities.Universities must follow the requirements of the times,be based on reality,focus on characteristics,and adhere to integrity and innovation.In the context of the new era,they must continuously deepen their understanding of the laws of collaborative education between labor education and ideological and political education in universities,deepen their understanding of the laws of talent cultivation,and effectively enhance their labor awareness,skills,and literacy.
