基于学习者职业能力提升的成人高校继续教育研究

Research on Continuing Education in Adult Universities Based on the Improvement of Learners’Professional Abilities

在“知识经济”时代,社会对劳动者的素质要求越来越高,劳动者职业能力的高低直接影响着职业发展的前途和命运。在终身学习、持续学习和终身发展的理念下,成人高校继续教育面临着新的挑战。成人高校继续教育要以学习者职业能力提升为目标,以提高学习者职业能力为核心,构建基于学习者职业能力提升的课程体系、教学模式和评价体系,加强教学资源建设,创新教学管理机制,在开放与共享中推动继续教育模式转型,构建符合学习者职业能力提升的继续教育模式和发展路径。同时,成人高校要把终身学习理念融入继续教育管理体制和运行机制中,促进终身学习理念的有效实施,为我国经济社会发展提供人才保障。

In the era of“knowledge economy”,the society has increasingly higher requirements for the quality of workers,and the level of workers’professional abilities directly affects the future and fortune of their career development.Under the concept of lifelong learning,continuous learning,and lifelong development,continuing education in adult universities is faced with new challenges.Continuing education in adult universities should be aimed at enhancing learners’professional abilities,with the improvement of learners’professional abilities as the core.We should construct a curriculum system,teaching mode,and evaluation system based on the improvement of learners’professional abilities,strengthen the construction of teaching resources,innovate teaching management mechanisms,promote the transformation of continuing education models through openness and sharing,and construct continuing education models and development paths that are in line with the improvement of learners’professional abilities.At the same time,adult universities should integrate the concept of lifelong learning into the management system and operational mechanism of continuing education,promote the effective implementation of the concept of lifelong learning,and provide talent protection for the economic and social development in China.
