摘要
要推动国家和首都“服务全民终身学习的教育体系”建设和发展目标的落地,需要各级各类教育尤其是成人教育要充分获取学习者的学习需求,有针对性地进行教育改革和开展教育活动。成人学习者的学习需求虽然具有明显的个性化、多样性、多层次和动态性的特征,但是整体上仍然受区域政治、经济、历史、文化以及人口等众多因素的影响。因此,各类成人教育机构在努力获取学习者的个性化学习需求、提供有针对性的教育服务的同时,也可以结合区域内影响学习者学习需求的各种因素为学习者“画像”,抽象出一些带有共性的学习需求或者学习需求特征。这对于教育主体确定教育发展方向、策略以及有针对性地开发教育服务产品,在服务于学习者的同时,服务于区域经济和社会发展,都具有积极意义。
To promote the construction and development goals of the national and Beijing education system that serves lifelong learning for all,it is necessary for all levels of education,especially adult education,to fully capture the learning needs of learners,and to carry out targeted educational reforms and activities.Although the learning needs of adult learners are obviously personalized,diversified,multi-leveled,and dynamic,in general they are still influenced by numerous factors such as regional politics,economy,history,culture,and population.Therefore,while various adult education institutions strive to capture the personalized learning needs of learners and provide targeted educational services,they can also combine various factors that affect learners’learning needs within the region to create a“portrait”of learners and abstract some common learning needs or characteristics of learning needs.It is significant for educational entities to determine the direction and strategies of educational development,as well as to develop targeted educational service products,serving learners while also serving regional economic and social development.
