来华留学生参与乡村振兴的作用及实施路径——基于广西金秀瑶族自治县的实践与探索

摘要 党的二十大报告再次吹响全面推进乡村振兴的号角。随着“我们是外国人,但不是外人”口号日渐响彻,越来越多的来华留学生不甘于做中国故事的“听讲者”,更希望成为“讲述者”“践行者”。来华留学生的“第三方”视角,更有利于诠释社会主义制度的优越性、弘扬中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨、推广中华民族共同体、人类命运共同体理念价值认同、助力世界一流大学建设……哈尔滨工业大学在组织来华留学生参与广西金秀瑶族自治区校地结对帮扶的实践中,探索出基于来华留学生“扶志+扶智”双向受益的乡村振兴、巩固脱贫攻坚成果的实践路径。 The Report of 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.With the slogan“We are foreigners,but not outsiders”echoing,an increasing number of international students in China are no longer satisfied with being mere“listeners”of Chinese stories;they aspire to be“narrators”and“practitioners”.The“third-party”perspective of international students is conducive to interpreting the superiority of the socialist system,promoting the purpose of the Communist Party of China to wholeheartedly serve the people,advocating the values of a Chinese nation community and a community with a shared future for mankind,and supporting the construction of world-class universities.In the practice of organizing international students from Harbin Institute of Technology to participate in the paired assistance program in Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County,Guangxi,a practical path for rural revitalization and the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements through the dual benefits of“inspiring aspirations”and“enhancing knowledge”has been explored.
