产教融合:中国职业教育的发展之路

Industry-education Integration:Path of Development of Vocational Education in China

职业教育是指对受教育者实施可从事某种职业或生产劳动所必需的职业知识、技能和职业道德的教育,包括职业学校教育和职业培训。职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分。通过梳理中国职业教育的发展现状,包括梳理职业教育学校数量、职业学校教职工及专任教师、职业教育在校生人数等,分析“产教融合”模式内在逻辑及优势,校企双方可联合制订学生培养方案,企业可向职业教育提供一定的经费、必要的设备、生产实习场地和选派部分专业教师,承担部分实训项目教学活动等,在此基础上,为中国发展职业教育提出相应的政策建议。

Vocational education refers to the teaching of vocational knowledge,skills and professional ethics necessary for students to engage in a certain occupation or labor,including education in the vocational colleges and vocational training.Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resources development.By combing the present development of China’s vocational education,including the number of vocational education colleges,staff,full-time teachers,and students,this paper analyzes the internal logic and advantages of the“industry-education integration”model.Both colleges and enterprises can jointly develop student training plans.Enterprises can provide vocational education with certain funds,necessary equipments,production and internship sites,and select professional teachers to undertake practical training projects and teaching activities.On this basis,suggestions are put forward for policies to develop vocational education in China.
