Ethical Leadership:A New Approach to Competence in Counselors’Work

高校辅导员是从事思政教育的骨干力量,辅导员的工作胜任力不仅关乎辅导员自身专业成长的发展空间,也在很大程度上影响着高校思政教育变革的实践成效。新时代教育改革发展赋予了辅导员队伍建设新理念和新思维的能力,道德领导力理念的提出为辅导员工作胜任力的提升开辟了新的途径。基于此,从辅导员的道德领导力特征出发,从更新理念、打造追随者、共建规范三个方面,提出了辅导员的道德领导方式,为辅导员提升工作胜任力赋能。

College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education,and the work competence of counselors is not only related to the development space of counselors'own professional growth,but also affects the practical effectiveness of ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities to a large extent.The reform and development of education in the new era has endowed the counselor team with the ability to build new concepts and new thinking,and the concept of moral leadership has opened up new ways for the improvement of counselors'work competence.Based on this,starting from the characteristics of counselors'moral leadership,from three aspects:updating concepts,building followers,and jointly building norms,the ethical leadership methods of counselors are proposed to empower counselors to improve their work competence.
