“双创”教育是促进人才培养模式优化和创新,提高人才培养质量,增加人才有效供给的重要举措。“双创”背景下,分析了辅导员在大学生创业教育中的角色定位,进一步结合当前“双创”教育的侧重点,探究了高校辅导员创业指导能力提升面临的困境,并充分运用“双创”育人思路,探索了辅导员创业教育新路径,旨在提升辅导员在创业教育中的指导能力。

"Double innovation"education is an important measure to promote the optimization and innovation of talent training mode,improve the quality of talent training,and increase the effective supply of talents.Under the background of"double innovation",this paper analyzes the role of counselors in college students'entrepreneurship education,further combines the current focus of"double innovation"education,explores the dilemma faced by college counselors in improving their entrepreneurial guidance ability,and makes full use of the"double innovation"education idea to explore a new path of counselor entrepreneurship education,aiming to improve the guidance ability of counselors in entrepreneurship education.
