浮动式气力卷膜装置作业过程仿真分析与试验 被引量:1

摘要 为深入研究浮动式气力卷膜装置在残膜回收作业过程中不同工作参数对其卷膜效果的影响,利用SolidWorks Flow Simulation软件建立了浮动式气力卷膜装置内部气流场模型,模拟卷膜作业过程中气流流动的动态变化过程。采用三因素三水平Box-Behnken试验设计方法,建立风机安装角、入口气流速度、卷膜辊转速与评价浮动式气力卷膜装置作业效果相关3个不同位置处速度值(从动辊表面竖直方向气流速度v _(1)、卷膜辊表面水平方向气流速度v _(2)和导膜板下表面气流速度v _(3))的数学模型,寻求浮动式气力卷膜装置的最优参数组合,并进行田间验证试验。仿真试验结果表明,当风机安装角为33°、入口气流速度为3.50 m·s^(-1)、卷膜辊转速为17 rad·s^(-1)时,评价浮动式气力卷膜装置作业效果的响应值达到最优。田间试验验证结果表明,浮动式气力卷膜装置的工作参数优化后,马铃薯收获与气力辅助残膜回收联合作业机残膜回收率为91.6%、含杂率为7.5%,达到国家与行业要求。 To further study the influence of different working parameters on the film winding effects of the floating pneumatic film winding device in the process of residual film recovery,this study established an internal airfield model of the floating pneumatic film winding device by using SolidWorks Flow Simulation software to simulate the dynamic change process of airflow in the process of film winding.Three-factor and three-level Box-Behnken experimental design method was used.Fan installation angle,inlet air flow velocity,the roll of film roll speed and evaluation of floating type pneumatic film device operation effects related to three different location speed value(driven roller surface vertical airflow velocity v _(1),roll film roll surface horizontal airflow velocity v _(2 )and guide diaphragm surface airflow velocity under v _(3))and the mathematical model for floating pneumatic membrane device of the optimal parameter combination were established.The field validation experiments were carried out.The simulation results showed that when the fan installation angle was 33°,the inlet air velocity was 3.50 m·s^(-1) and the film roller speed was 17 rad·s^(-1),the response value to evaluate the operation effect of the floating pneumatic film winding device reached the optimum.The results of field experiment showed that after optimizing the working parameters of the floating pneumatic film winding device,the recovery rate of residual film of the combined potato harvesting and pneumatic assisted residual film recovery machine was 91.6%,and the impurity content rate was 7.5%,which met the national and industrial requirements.
