Reference and Reflection of the Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Mode in Vocational Colleges

职业院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的构建,是当下我国职业教育改革与发展的热点问题之一,是职业教育的一种新型人才培养模式,我国通过在职业院校的试点,取得了一定成果,但受各方因素的影响,作为一种职业院校人才培养模式,在改革和发展中还存在一些问题。就世界范围而言,英国、德国等是较早施行现代学徒制的国家,对比他们的各自特色和成功经验,进行反思,并加以学习与借鉴,并提出相应的解决对策。

The construction of a modern apprenticeship talent training mode in vocational colleges is one of the hot issues in China's vocational education reform and development.It is a new talent training mode in vocational education.Although China has achieved certain results through pilot programs in vocational colleges,there still exist some problems in the reform and development of this talent training mode due to various factors.Comparing the characteristics and successful experiences of countries such as the United Kingdom and Germany,which implemented modern apprenticeship earlier,the paper reflects on and learns from them,proposes corresponding solutions,and makes recommendations accordingly.
