摘要
高职院校对学生的抗挫折能力进行培育势在必行,当下高职学生挫败感来源主要有学习压力、经济压力、人际关系压力以及就业压力。文章分析了影响该群体抗挫折能力培育的原因,并进一步从自我、学校、家庭、社会四个层面探讨培育高职学生抗挫折能力的策略。
It is imperative to cultivate the resilience of college students.At present,vocational college students primarily face feelings of frustration due to academic pressure,financial burden,interpersonal stress and employment prospects.The paper analyzes the factors influencing the cultivation of resilience in this group and further explores strategies to foster resilience in vocational college students from the four perspectives of self,educational institutions,families and society.
