高职院校计算机专业创新创业人才培养模式探究——以淮南联合大学为例

On Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation Mode in Computer Major of Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Huainan Union University

当今,信息技术的发展日新月异,社会对复合型的计算机人才需求也在不断加大。提高学生的专业能力和素养是高职院校人才培养模式发展和改革的一个重要目标和追求。本文分析了目前高职院校计算机专业人才培养的现状和存在的问题,提出通过采用合理设置教学课程、调动教师引领作用、充分配置和运用教学资源、加强产学研等合作手段,在具体的教学和实践活动中实现创新创业教育与计算机专业人才培养过程的深度融合,对于提升学生的专业素质和双创素养将起到积极的推动作用。

In today's rapidly developing information technology era,the demand for versatile computer talents continues to increase.Improving students' professional abilities and qualities is an important goal and pursuit for the development and reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the training of computer professionals in higher vocational colleges,and proposes that the adoption of rational teaching course design,the mobilization of teachers' leading role,the full allocation and use of teaching resources,and the strengthening of industry-academia-research cooperation and other cooperative means,innovation and entrepreneurship education and the training process of computer professionals,all these can be deeply integrated in specific teaching and practical activities.It will play a positive role in promoting students' professional qualities and mass entrepreneurship and innovation literacy.
