摘要 产教融合是破解高素质技术技能人才供需矛盾的有效途径之一,国家的产教融合制度在供给侧与需求侧之间不断优化调整。高素质技能人才市场平衡发展,需要供需双方深度融合、校企协同育人。作为人才供给侧,政府部门应统筹推进不同层次职业教育协同发展、着力推进高层次职业教育建设、提升职业院校社会服务能力;作为人才需求侧,企业应发挥人才培养中的主体作用、发挥产教融合试点企业示范引领作用、发挥企业职业技能培训主体作用。职业教育人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧双向协同发力,能够为经济社会高质量发展提供有力人才支撑。 The integration of industry and education is one of the effective ways to crack the contradiction between the supply and demand of high-quality technical skilled talents,and the national system of integration of industry and education is constantly op⁃timized and adjusted between the supply and demand sides.The balanced development of the market of high-quality skilled talents requires the deep integration of supply and demand sides and the collaborative education of schools and enterprises.As the talent supply side,government departments should coordinate and promote the coordinated de⁃velopment of different levels of vocational education,focus on the construction of high level vocational education,and enhance the social service capacity of vocational colleg⁃es;As the demand side of talent,enterprises should play the principal role in talent train⁃ing,exert the demonstration and leading role of pilot enterprises in the integration of in⁃dustry and education,and take the leading part in the vocational skills training of enter⁃prises.The collaborative effort between the supply side of vocational education talent training and the demand side of the industry can provide strong talent support for high quality economic and social development.
