天津职业教育产教融合机制研究——以社会支持机制为突破口

摘要 天津市职业教育产教高度融合过程中存在行职委在产教融合社会支持的深度广度上尚待提高,教育研究机构的智囊支撑和第三方质量监控的反馈机制缺乏,引入社会力量办学机制不够等突出问题。针对上述问题,本文建议采取强化行业职业教育教学委员会的指导作用,借力职业院校办学主体资源优势,持续推进研究机构和评价组织进校园,探索完善社会力量办学的机制和路径等措施,促进完善职业教育产教社会支持机制的良性发展,实现职业教育高质量内涵式发展。 To promote a high degree of education-industry integration in vocation⁃al education in Tianjin,the research group found that there are significant problems in vocational education in Tianjin,such as the depth and breadth of social support from the Industry Vocational Education and Teaching Committee in the integration of industry and education still needs to be improved,the lack of academic support from educational research institutions and feedback mechanism of third-party quality monitoring,and the insufficient mechanism of introducing social forces to run schools.In response to the above problems,measures should be taken to strengthen the guiding role of the Industry Vocational Education and Teaching Committee,leverage the advantages of the primary resources of vocational colleges and universities,continuously promote research institu⁃tions and evaluation organizations on campuses,and explore mechanisms and paths to improve social forces in running schools,so as to enable the peaceful development of en⁃hancing the social support mechanism for the vocational education industry and educa⁃tion and achieve high-quality and connotative development of vocational education.
