摘要
本实验采用八种常见高纯度原料,改变锂瓷石、石英、龙岩高岭土、钾长石、滑石、氧化铝的加入量以及不同工艺要求在不同烧成气氛下对坯体白度、断裂模数以及透明度的影响。实验结果表明;配方组成为(wt%):锂瓷石35.0%,石英24.0%,龙岩高岭土28.0%,钾长石7.0%,滑石1.5%,氧化铝2.0%,膨润土2.0%,腐殖酸钠0.5%。(换算成百分比)在温度为1310℃的还原焰气氛下烧成坯体的效果最佳。
In this experiment,eight common high-purity raw materials were used to change the amount of lithium porcelain stone,quartz,Longyan kaolin,potassium feldspar,talc,alumina and the influence of different process requirements on the whiteness,fracture modulus and transparency of the green body under different firing atmospheres.The experimental results show that:The formula composition is(wt%):lithium porcelain stone 35.0%,quartz 24.0%,Longyan kaolin 28.0%,potassium feldspar 7.0%,talc 1.5%,alumina 2.0%,bentonite 2.0%,sodium humate 0.5%.(converted into percentage) The best effect is to burn the green body in the reducing flame atmosphere at 1310 ℃.
