探析宋元龙泉青瓷工艺特点

Exploring the Technological Characteristics of Longquan Celadon in the Song and Yuan Dynasties

龙泉窑是中国陶瓷史上烧制时间最长、窑厂分布最广、产量最大的窑系,在1700余年的传统技艺传承过程中,龙泉青瓷形成了独特的烧制技艺,龙泉青瓷传统烧制技艺有70多道工序,在把瓷土粉碎、淘洗、陈土、炼泥,然后拉坯成型、修坯、装饰、施釉、装窑、烧制等多道工序制成。在不同时期龙泉青瓷的工艺特点也截然不同,本文试从宋元对龙泉青瓷进行分析。

The Longquan kilns are the longest-established,most widely distributed,and most productive kiln system in the history of Chinese ceramics.In the course of more than 1,700 years of traditional skill transmission,Longquan celadon has developed a unique firing technique.The traditional firing technique of Longquan celadon has more than 70 processes,in which porcelain clay is crushed,panned,aged and refined,and then made in multiple processes such as shaping and trimming,decorating,applying glaze,loading the kiln and firing.The process characteristics of Longquan celadon are very different in various periods,so this paper tries to analyze Longquan celadon from the Song and Yuan dynasties.
