摘要
为了做好皮革企业团队建设与管理工作,通过走访调研,并结合自身从业经历,分析了优秀团队的人性需求背景,总结了皮革企业优秀团队建设与管理的系列方法。研究认为,为了被团队接受,大多数成员会遵守团队的常规和决策,这为皮革企业团队的建设和管理奠定了基础。在团队建设和管理过程中,要激励团队成员实现自我超越,加强和改善成员的心智模式,鼓励成员相互学习,并结合实际建立团队愿景,加强团队的整体思考,扩大团队成员的视野。
In order to do a good job in team construction and management of leather enterprises,through visiting and researching,combined with my own experience,the paper analyzes the background of human needs of excellent teams,and summarizes a series of methods for excellent team construction and management of leather enterprises.The study believes that in order to be accepted by the team,most members will abide by the team's routine and decisions,which lays a foundation for the construction and management of the leather enterprise team.In the process of team building and management,it is necessary to motivate team members to achieve self-transcendence,strengthen and improve their mental model,encourage them to learn from each other,establish a team vision based on the actual situation,strengthen the overall thinking of the team,and expand the vision of the team members.
