时空针灸飞腾八法治疗先天性小儿脑瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Congenital Cerebral Palsy in Children by Flying Eight Methods of Spatio-Temporal Acupuncture

目的观察时空针灸飞腾八法治疗先天性小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法将20例先天性小儿脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组10例,观察周期为4周。时间穴位取患儿的出生时穴,配合空间穴位组(腰背八卦穴组+头手八卦穴组+腹足八卦穴组)。对照组:以常规针刺治疗,取风池、脾俞、肾俞、足三里、阳陵泉、太冲、合谷、百会、上星、头维(双侧取穴)。比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后粗大运动评定量表(GMFM)评分和儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)评分。结果治疗结束后,2组患儿运动功能、平衡功能、认知功能较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);时空针灸组患儿的改善效果(90.0%)优于普通针灸组(50.0%),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时空针灸飞腾八法八法治疗先天性小儿脑瘫疗效优于常规针刺,可明显改善患儿临床症状、提高疗效并提高患儿生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Flying Eight Methods Of Spatio-Temporal Acupuncture in the treatment of congenital cerebral palsy in children.Methods:20 congenital children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,10 cases per group.The observation period was 4 weeks.Time points were taken from the birth point of the child and combined with the spatial point group(waist and back bagua acupoint group+head and hand bagua acupoint group+abdominal foot bagua acupoint group).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,taking points at Fengchi,Pishu,Shenshu,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Taichong,Hegu,Baihui,Shangxing,Touwei(bilateral point selection).The clinical efficacy,gross motor function measure(GMFM)and Children's Functional Independence Measure(WeeFIM)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the motor function,balance function and cognitive function were significantly improved in 2 groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the spatio-temporal acupuncture group(90.0%)was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group(50.0%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Flying Eight Methods of Spatio-Temporal Acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture in the treatment of congenital children with cerebral palsy,and the method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,enhance the curative effect and raise the quality of life of children.
