摘要
通过在全要素框架下构建工业绿色全要素生产率评价指标体系,采用EBM模型测度了中国2000—2018年期间30个省份的工业绿色全要素生产率,并分析其时空演化特征和供给侧因素。研究结果表明:(1)中国工业绿色全要素生产率呈现出较强的区域差异性,整体上呈现出由东南向西北梯度下降的规律;(2)华中、西南地区的工业绿色全要素生产率呈“U”型趋势,而华南地区表现出倒“U”型趋势,其余四个地区则呈明显的下降趋势;(3)工业绿色全要素生产率具有显著的空间相关性,并且多数省份位于空间集聚区内,仅有少量省份分布在空间离群区内;(4)工业产业结构、工业产品结构、人力资本要素、科技创新要素、绿色能源要素对工业绿色全要素生产率提升具有明显促进作用,工业产权结构明显抑制了工业绿色全要素生产率的提升,而绿色资本要素的影响却不显著。
By building an evaluation index system of industrial green total factor productivity under the total factor framework,this paper uses the EBM model to measure the industrial green total factor productivity of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2018,and analyzes its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and supply side factors.The results show that:(1)China’s industrial green total factor productivity shows strong regional differences.On the whole,it shows a gradient decline from southeast to northwest.(2)The industrial green total factor productivity in the central and southwest China shows a“U”trend,while South China shows an inverted“U”trend,and the other four regions show an obvious downward trend.(3)Industrial green total factor productivity has significant spatial correlation,and most provinces are located in spatial agglomeration areas,and only a few provinces are distributed in spatial outlier areas.(4)Industrial structure,industrial product structure,human capital,technological innovation and green energy factors have a significant role in promoting the improvement of green total factor productivity.Industrial property structure obviously inhibits the improvement of green total factor productivity,but the influence of green capital is not significant.
