重点开发区农旅融合助推乡村振兴模式及机制研究——以大竹县为例

Research on the Mode and Mechanism of Promoting Rural Revitalization by Integrating Agriculture and Tourism in key Development Zones——A Case Study of Dazhu County

“农业+旅游业”融合发展模式是助推乡村振兴的重要途径。以大竹县为研究区,以“农业和旅游业”融合发展模式为研究对象,通过实地调查、案例分析等方法,对农旅融合发展现状及模式进行了分析。结果表明:大竹县主要存在“农业科普教育+乡村旅游”“休闲度假+特色种养”“田园观光采摘+大型文旅活动”“休闲农业+特色农产品”“民俗风情+红色文化旅游”等5大振兴模式。根据研究结果及问题,提出了助推路径及对策:不断优化农旅融合模式;构建乡村振兴发展格局;开展农旅融合智力下乡,培育三产融合发展专业人才;优化特色优势产业体系,推进乡村农旅品牌的创建。以期助推大竹县农旅融合发展水平,促进乡村振兴。

Exploring the integrated development model of agriculture and tourism is an important way to promote rural revitalization.Dazhu County is taken as the research area.The integrated development model of"agriculture and tourism"is taken as the research object through field investigation,case analysis and other methods.The present situation and mode of the integrated development of agriculture and tourism are analyzed.The results show that there are five major revitalization modes in Dazhu County:"agricultural science popularization education and rural tourism","leisure vacation and characteristic planting and breeding","rural sightseeing and picking and large-scale cultural tourism activities","leisure agriculture and characteristic agricultural products"and"folk customs and red culture tourism".According to the research results and problems,the path and countermeasures are proposed:the mode of integrating agriculture and tourism should be optimized;A pattern of rural revitalization and development should be built;the integration of agriculture and tourism intelligence to the countryside should be carried out;the integration of the development of the three industry professionals should be cultivated.The characteristic and advantageous industrial system should be optimized and the establishment of rural tourism brand should be promoted in order to improve the development level of agriculture and tourism in Dazhu County and promote rural revitalization.
