摘要
猪粪是一种常见的农业废弃物,其资源化利用已成为当前研究的热点。简要介绍了猪粪的2种堆肥方法和机理,以及各种影响堆肥效率的因素,其中包括pH值、C/N、含水率、通气、温度、填充料等。说明了猪粪中主要污染物重金属、抗生素及其抗性基因的处理方法。简要列举了部分资源化处理路线(肥料化,饲料化和能源化)并讨论了存在的问题。提出了未来的研究应着重于提高堆肥质量、缩短堆肥时间、减少氮元素损失、除臭等方面的问题,以实现猪粪资源化利用的可持续发展。
Pig manure is a common agricultural waste,and its resource utilization has become a hot spot for current research.This paper briefly introduces two composting methods and mechanisms for pig manure,as well as various factors affecting composting efficiency,which include pH,C/N,moisture content,aeration,temperature and filler material.The treatment of heavy metals,antibiotics and their resistance genes and the main contaminants in pig manure is described.Routes to resource-based treatment(fertilisation,feed and energy)are briefly listed and problems are presented.Future research should focus on improving compost quality,shortening composting time,reducing nitrogen losses and deodorizing to achieve sustainable development of pig manure resource utilization.
