摘要 10 kV智能配电台区作为智能电网发展过程中的核心部分,配电台区一次、二次设备的融合,已经成为智能化电网发展的重要方向。为解决10 kV配电台区当中设备智能化程度低、工作量大以及故障运维困难等问题,提出了一种10 kV智能化配电台区监控系统。该系统的设计方案利用计算机技术、通信技术以及现代电子技术,实现了对配电台区系统的运行状态、网络结构以及在线/离线数据等信息进行集成,构建了配电台区的智能化监控系统。此外,利用该系统可以实现对配电变压器进行隔离与保护,提高变压器的安全性与可靠性。最后,经实例应用验证了本系统的可靠性,以期能够为城市配电台区的智能化设计提供借鉴。 The 10 kV intelligent distribution area,as a core part of the development process of the smart grid,has become an important direction for the development of the smart grid by integrating primary and secondary equipment in the distribution area.To address the issues of low equipment intelligence,heavy workload,and difficulty in fault operation and maintenance in the 10 kV distribution station area,a 10 kV intelligent distribution station area monitoring system is proposed.The design scheme of this system utilizes computer technology,communication technology,and modern electronic technology to integrate the operation status,network structure,and online/offline data of the distribution station area system.An intelligent monitoring system for the distribution station area is constructed,which can isolate and protect the distribution transformer,promoting the improvement of transformer safety and reliability.Finally,the reliability of this system was verified through practical applications,in order to provide reference for the intelligent design of urban distribution radio areas.
