设计专业人才培养实践课程教学的现状及应对策略

THE PRESENT SITUATION AND RESPONSE STRATEGIES OF PRACTICE COURSE TEACHING OF TALENT CULTIVATION FOR DESIGN SPECIALTY

文章以设计类人才培养实践课程教学为研究对象,从设计类教育的产业背景出发展开研究,分析出培养目标不明确且教学方法缺乏创新性、人才综合能力培养缺乏系统性和科学性、教师缺少企业实践经验等存在问题。同时,提出了设计类人才培养实践课程的教学平台搭建、人才评价、教学水平优化等方面的应对策略,以期提高设计类人才培养实践课程的教学水平。

This paper takes the teaching of practical courses for the cultivation of design talents as the research object and starts from the industrial background of design education.The author analyzes the problems such as unclear training objectives,lack of innovation in teaching methods,lack of systematic and scientific training of comprehensive ability of talents,and lack of practical experience in enterprises.At the same time,this paper puts forward response strategies,such as the construction of teaching platform,talent evaluation and optimization of teaching level,in order to improve the teaching level of practical courses for the cultivation of design talents.
