基于层次分析法与TRIZ理论的厨余垃圾回收设备设计

摘要 厨余垃圾不但具有易腐烂的特性,而且易滋生许多致病微生物,对居民居住环境和身体健康造成危害。文章综合层次分析法与TRIZ理论创新方法,从产品设计的角度为厨余垃圾的回收设备设计提供有效的解决方案。首先运用层次分析法分析各需求层次的权重关系,再根据所得结果通过层次分析法找到最优产品的解决方法。最终明确厨余垃圾回收设备的设计重点,并进行了设计实践。综合利用层次分析法与TRIZ理论方法设计的厨余垃圾回收设备可满足用户的共性需求,为厨余垃圾回收设备设计提供了一种可靠指导。 Kitchen waste not only has the characteristic of easy decay,but also can easily breed many pathogenic microorganisms,posing a threat to the living environment and physical health of residents.The article combines the innovative methods of AHP and TRIZ to provide effective solutions for the design of kitchen waste recycling equipment from the perspective of product design.Firstly,use AHP to analyze the weight relationship of each demand level,and then use TRIZ theory tofind the optimal solution for the product based on the obtained results.Finally,the design focus of the kitchen waste recycling equipment was clarified and design practice was carried out.The kitchen waste recycling equipment designed using AHP and TRIZ methods can meet the common needs of users,providing a reliable guide for the design of kitchen waste recycling equipment.
