服务设计思维下的TOD区域导览APP适老化设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF TOD AREA GUIDE APP SUITABLE FOR AGING UNDER SERVICE DESIGN THINKING

文章针对TOD发展及我国老龄化的问题进行调查和分析,运用服务设计思维,探究TOD区域导览APP适老化设计方案并指导实践。绘制人物画像图、活动路线图和用户旅程图,总结用户需求,运用二八定律和A-Kano模型将需求进行筛选和分类排序,使用服务蓝图来识别导览系统的弱点。总结以服务为中心的TOD区域导览APP功能,构建服务蓝图,进行适老化设计实践并验证可行性。文章围绕用户需求,总结TOD区域导览APP适老化设计要点,为智慧TOD服务创新提供实践方法和工具参考。

This paper according to the development of TOD and the problems of aging in our country,to investigate and analyze,using service design thinking,to explore the aging design scheme of the TOD area guide APP and practice.Draw a portrait map,activity roadmap and user journey map to summarize user needs,use the Pareto principle and A-Kano model tofilter and sort the needs,and use the service blueprint to identify the weaknesses of the navigation system.Summarize the functions of the TOD area guide APP centered on services,construct a service blueprint,suitable for aging design practice and verify feasibility.This paper based on user needs,summarize the key design points of the TOD area guide APP for aging adaptation,and provide practical methods and tool references for smart TOD service innovation.
