摘要
为探索基于平台化的配电终端壳体设计方法,提供平台化、弹性化的设计解决方案,实现“柔性制造”。通过结合实际案例,应用情绪板的方法确定设计输入需求,并进行需求转化输出,然后结合平台化思维融合“柔性制造”及可持续设计进行设计方案的平台化。提出了基于平台化的配电终端壳体设计方法,满足产品当前需求的同时进行产品平台化设计,以应对未来可变的产品需求,满足企业的发展需要。
To create a platform based design method for distribution terminal shells,provide a platform based and elastic design solution,and achieve"Flexible Manufacturing".Through the combination of actual cases,the Mood board method is used to determine the design input requirements,and the requirements are transformed and output,and then the platform based design scheme is combined with the platform based thinking and"flexible manufacturing"and sustainable design.A platformization based design method for the distribution terminal shell has been proposed to meet the current needs of the product while also carrying out platformization design to cope with future variable product demands,meeting the development needs of enterprises.
