激光熔覆再制造双相不锈钢工艺与性能研究

摘要 以核电海水循环泵叶轮用材1.4468双相不锈钢的修复再制造为背景,开展了激光熔覆双相不锈钢工艺及力学性能试验。采用激光熔覆的方法制备双相不锈钢熔覆层,通过宏观形貌测量、微观组织表征和力学性能测试,研究了工艺参数对1.4468双相不锈钢激光熔覆层成型情况的影响和熔覆层的组织与力学性能。结果表明,激光功率、扫描速度和送粉速率都对激光熔覆双相不锈钢熔覆宽度具有显著影响,只有扫描速度和送粉速率对熔覆层高度的影响较为显著。双相不锈钢熔覆的成型情况良好,其微观组织以铁素体和奥氏体为主,室温拉伸力学性能满足标准对1.4468双相不锈钢的要求。 Based on the repair and remanufacturing of 1.4468 duplex stainless steel for the impeller of nuclear power seawater circulating pump,the process and mechanical properties of laser cladding duplex stainless steel were tested.The duplex stainless steel cladding layer was prepared by laser cladding.The effects of process parameters on the forming of 1.4468 duplex stainless steel laser cladding layer and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the cladding layer were studied by macroscopic morphology measurement,microstructure characterization and mechanical properties test.The results show that the laser power,scanning speed and powder feeding rate have a significant effect on the cladding width of laser cladding duplex stainless steel,and only the scanning speed and powder feeding rate have a significant effect on the height of the cladding layer.The cladding of duplex stainless steel is in good condition,and its microstructure is mainly ferrite and austenite.The tensile mechanical properties at room temperature meet the requirements of the standard for 1.4468 duplex stainless steel.
