利用Unity3D模型实现自动换刀装置的教具设计

摘要 数控机床课程教学中,换刀装置是加工中心的重要组成部分。传统的现场教学嗓音大、安全风险高、表现力不够、教学效果不佳。为了更形象地展示出加工中心在加工时的换刀过程,笔者利用Unity3D建模并编制VS程序,建立与S7PLC的通讯连接,再通过交换机实现TPC人机界面三者之间的通讯连接,设计了自动换刀装置教具,其功能主要是完成刀库和加工中心主轴之间的刀具转换过程。从而更形象、更清晰地表达了教学目的,大大提升了现场教学效果。 In the teaching of CNC machine tool courses,the tool changing device is an important part of the machining center.In the traditional on-the-spot teaching,there are a lot of disadvantages such as large voice,high safety risks,weakability of performance and low teaching effects.In order to demonstrate the tool changing process of the machining center vividly,the author uses Unity3D modeling and compiles VS program to establish the communication connection with S7PLC,and then realizes the communication connection among the three parts of the TPC human-machine interface through the switch,designing the teaching aid of automatic tool changer,whose function is mainly to complete the tool conversion between the tool magazine and the spindle of the machining center.As a result,the teaching objectives were expressed more vividly and clearly and the effects of on-the-spot teaching are greatly improved.
