摘要
本文以某电厂电站辅机的减速器为例,提出一种分析电站辅机减速器轴断裂振动特性的方法。通过计算减速器轴齿轮磨损厚度和内部激励结果,构建减速器轴模型,并进行动力学分析,确定减速器轴断裂的原因。该方法可有效分析减速器在启动状态下的变化,获取振动响应曲线和应力分布情况,进而确定齿轮磨损量和故障发生位置和原因。
This article takes the gearbox of a power plant auxiliary equipment as an example and proposes a method for analyzing the vibration characteristics of the gearbox shaft fracture of the power plant auxiliary equipment.By calculating the wear thickness and internal excitation results of the reducer shaft gear,a reducer shaft model was constructed,and dynamic analysis was conducted to determine the cause of the reducer shaft fracture.This method can effectively analyze the variation results of the reducer in the starting state,obtain the vibration response curve and stress distribution,and then determine the amount of gear wear and the location and cause of faults.
