基于沙漠治理的沙漠草方格铺设机设计与分析

Design and Analysis of Desert Grass Grid Paving Machine Based on Desert Harnessing

目前我国沙漠化严重,国家也越来越注重沙漠治理,而铺设沙障是目前最有效的固沙方法之一,基于此背景设计出一款小型草方格沙障铺设机,取代人工进行铺设,降低劳动强度。该小型沙漠草方格铺设机主要包括四大部分:牵引车、动力装置、送料铺草装置、凸轮锤压草装置。所设计机器结构紧凑、体积较小,可用于具有一定坡度的沙地或者面积较小的沙地进行作业。在沙漠治理方面,应用前景较为广泛。另外,利用inspire软件对强度进行校核,得出结构设计是满足要求的。

At present,desertification is serious in our country,and the country is paying more and more attention to desert control,and laying sand barriers is one of the most effective sand fixation methods.Based on this background,a small grass grid sand barrier laying machine is designed to replace manual laying and reduce labor intensity.The small desert grass grid laying machine mainly includes four major parts:tractor,power device,delivery of raw materials grass laying device,CAM hammer grass pressing device.The designed machine is compact in structure and small in volume,and can be used for operation on sandy land with a certain slope or small area.In the aspect of desert management,the application prospect is more extensive.In addition,inspire software is used to check the strength,and the structural design meets the requirements.
