摘要
本文主要探究了大功率直流快充充电桩充电模块的软、硬件设计内容,并测试其基本性能。硬件方面包括检测电路设计、驱动电路设计;软件方面包括主控制程序设计、A/D中断服务程序设计、数字PI调节程序设计。随后按照设计方案组建了直流充电模块的样机,设定输出功率、输出电压后,测试样机在不同状态下的电压纹波波形,以及工作效率和输出外特性。结果表明,本文设计的充电模块输出电压较为稳定,在负载突变时能够发挥自动均压功能,在充电模块突然短路后可以实现短路保护,符合设计预期。
This paper mainly explores the software and hardware design content of the charging module of high-power DC fast charging pile,and tests its basic performance.Hardware includes detection circuit design,drive circuit design;Software includes master control program design,A/D interrupt service program design,digital PI regulation program design.Then a prototype of DC charging module was built according to the design scheme.After setting output power and output voltage,the voltage ripple shape,working efficiency and output characteristics of the prototype were tested under different states.The results show that the output voltage of the charging module designed in this paper is relatively stable,and can realize short circuit protection when the charging module is suddenly short circuit,which meets the design expectation.
