南宁市2016-2022年空气质量状况及改善对策研究

摘要 对南宁市2016-2022年8个国控环境空气质量自动监测站点数据进行了综合分析和评价,根据Spearman秩相关系数计算,PM_(2.5)、SO_(2)、CO、PM_(10)、NO_(2)浓度rs值分别为-1.02、-1.25、-0.91、-0.77、-0.57,均呈下降趋势,2016-2022年南宁市空气质量改善明显,但O_(3)浓度rs值为0.91,O_(3)污染物浓度呈明显上升趋势,O_(3)污染愈发严重,超标首要污染物由单一的PM_(2.5)转化为PM_(2.5)和O_(3),PM_(2.5)和O_(3)重点防控区域为南宁市北部、中部和西部。空气污染的主要原因为近年南宁市大气污染物排放贡献量大的产业结构未发生明显变化、区域O_(3)前体物排放的化学转化影响、未能完全消除露天焚烧秸秆现象等,需要在优化结构、PM_(2.5)和O_(3)协同防控、联防联控、精准防控等方面加大工作力度。 This paper comprehensively analyzed and evaluated the data of 8 state-controlled environmental air quality automatic monitoring stations in Nanning from 2016 to 2022,and calculated the index according to Spearman rank correlation coefficient.The values of PM_(2.5),SO_(2),CO,PM_(10)and NO_(2)concentration were-1.02,-1.25,-0.91,-0.77 and-0.57,respectively,showing a decreasing trend.From 2016 to 2022,the air quality in Nanning improved significantly,but the values of O_(3)concentration was 0.9.The concentration of O_(3)pollutants shows an obvious upward trend,and O_(3)pollution becomes more and more serious.The primary pollutants exceeding the standard were transformed from PM_(2.5)to PM_(2.5)and O_(3).The key prevention and control area of PM_(2.5)and O_(3)is the northern,central and western part of Nanning City.The main reasons for the air pollution are the insignificant changes of the industrial structures which contribute a lot to the emissions of air pollutants in Nanning,the influence of chemical transformation of regional O_(3)precursor emissions,and the phenomenon of open burning of straw in the open air that has not been completely eliminated.More efforts should be made in structural optimization,coordinated prevention and control of PM_(2.5)and O_(3),joint prevention and control,and targeted prevention and control.
