摘要
在“双碳”目标战略以及化石能源枯竭背景下,光伏产业成为新能源领域解决能源排放问题的重要手段。基于此,选取全国10个光伏发展重点地区作为研究对象,从资源投入、利用状态、发电潜力3个维度构建了区域光伏资源利用综合评价指标体系,运用熵权——TOPSIS法对省域层面光伏资源利用水平进行了评价研究。研究结果表明:①指标分布式新增装机容量权重最大,为25.46%,分布式累计装机容量、光伏设备年利用小时数两个指标分别排名第二和第三;②河北省光伏资源利用评价水平最高,相对贴近度为0.7133,吉林省最低,为0.0694。
Under the background of"carbon peak and carbon neutral"strategy and the background of fossil energy depletion,photovoltaic industry becomes an important means to solve the energy emission problem in the new energy field.Based on this,this paper selects ten key PV development regions in China as research objects,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for regional PV resource utilization from three dimensions:resource input,utilization status and power generation potential,and evaluates the level of PV resource utilization at provincial level using entropy-weight-TOPSIS method.The research results show that:①the indicator distributed new installed capacity has the largest weight of 25.46%,and the two indicators of distributed cumulative installed capacity and annual utilization hours of PV equipment rank second and third,respectively;②the evaluation level of PV resource utilization is the highest in Hebei province with a relative closeness of 0.7133,and the lowest in Jilin Province with 0.0694.
