基于半刚性节点的打包箱式模块抗侧性能研究

摘要 打包箱式模块单元梁柱均为非对称截面,且单元内立柱与顶底框连接处的节点为螺栓端板连接。为推动实际工程应用,研究确定尺寸产品的打包箱式模块单元构件形式及节点半刚性对其抗侧性能的影响,进行了三个足尺箱体试验,得出打包箱式模块单元纵向抗侧刚度与承载力,通过观察关键部位的受力状态,分析节点处的受力性能以及墙体对刚度的影响,揭示了箱体单元在极限荷载作用下的破坏模式。结果表明:相较于传统的类集装箱式模块单元,打包箱式模块结构刚度较小,柱端发生局部失稳需要通过优化设计加以避免,梁柱节点连接处有张角,节点呈现半刚性,带围护结构的箱体存在蒙皮效应。此外,还通过有限元分析得到打包箱式模块单元内部各类型节点的半刚性系数,提出了一种打包箱式模块单元内部节点初始转动刚度的计算方法,并分析了半刚性节点对打包箱抗侧性刚度的影响。 The beam and column of the packaged box module unit are all asymmetrical sections,and the joints of the column and the top and bottom frame in the unit are connected by bolt end plates.In order to promote the practical engineering application,the influence of the component form and joint semi-rigidity on the lateral resistance performance of the packaged box module unit of the product size was studied,three full size box tests were carried out,and the longitudinal lateral resistance performance and bearing capacity of the packaged box module unit were obtained.By observing the stress state of the key parts,the force performance of the joint and the influence of the wall on the stiffness were analyzed.The failure mode of box unit under ultimate load was revealed.The results show that compared with the traditional container type module unit,the structural stiffness of the packaged box type module is smaller,and the local instability of the column end needs to be avoided through optimization design.The joints of the beam-column have angles,the joints are semirigidity,and the box with the enclosure structure has skin effect.In addition,the semi-rigid coefficients of each type of joints inside the packaged box module unit were obtained by finite element analysis,and a calculation method of the initial rotational stiffness of the internal joints of the packaged box module unit was proposed,and the influence of the semi-rigid joints on the lateral stiffness resistance of the packaged box was analyzed.
