摘要
由于全自动运行地铁线路无司机驾驶,当列车在区间迫停且有乘客触发疏散请求时,将由信号系统及中央调度人员取代司机进行自动或远程的应急处置,随之而来的是一系列安全和效率问题。在充分了解国内全自动运行线路区间疏散场景中信号系统功能的情况下,罗列了四种不同的处置方案,重点对各方案极端情况如火灾、车地无线通信中断下的系统功能进行分析,对各个方案的处置灵活性进行对比,提出了以安全疏散为前提、适当增加系统及OCC调度人员处置灵活性的建议。
Since there is no driver in fully automatic operation driving the metro line,when the train is forced to stop and some passengers trigger the evacuation request,the signal system and the central dispatcher will replace the driver to carry out automatic or remote emergency treatment,which will bring about a series of safety and efficiency problems.In the case of fully understanding the function of signal system in the evacuation scene of automatic running lines in China,four different disposal schemes are listed,focusing on the analysis of the system functions in extreme cases of each scheme,such as fire and the interruption of vehicle-ground wireless communication.The disposal flexibility of each scheme is compared and on the premise of safe evacuation,some suggestions are put forward to increase the flexibility of system and OCC scheduler.
