动车组技术履历信息化档案管理研究

Study on the Management of Informationized Files of Technical Records of Motor Train Unit

动车组的技术履历与动车组的安全出行有着密切联系,加强动车组技术履历的规范管理有着重要意义。但由于目前铁路企业的动车组技术履历由技术部门和动车所分头管理,动车组技术履历存在着填写标准不统一、更新不及时、管理不规范等问题。针对这一系列问题铁路企业应该积极考虑把动车组技术履历纳入企业档案统一管理中,通过配备并培训相关管理人员、完善工作协作机制、建立相关纸质电子台账、按照设备档案标准编号整理上架等一系列措施,实现动车组技术履历在填写、借阅等方面的规范管理,通过档案数据统计模式进行动车组故障分析,减轻技术人员的工作量,加强档案人员与生产一线的沟通,充分发挥档案服务在安全生产方面的作用,保证动车组行车安全。

The technical records of the motor train unit is closely related to the safe travel of the motor train unit,and it is important to strengthen the standardized management of the technical records of the motor train unit.However,because the technical records of motor train unit of railroad enterprises are managed separately by technical departments and motor train unit institutes,the technical records of motor train unit is not uniform in filling standards,not timely in updating,and not standardized in management.In response to this series of problems railroad enterprises should actively consider the technical records of the motor train unit into the unified management of corporate archives,through a series of measures such as equipping and training relevant management personnel,improving the work collaboration mechanism,establishing relevant paper and electronic ledgers,and organizing shelves according to the standard numbering of equipment files,it realizes the standardized management of technical records of motor train unit in filling and borrowing,carries out fault analysis of motor train unit through the statistical mode of archival data,reduces the workload of technicians,strengthens the communication between archivists and production line,gives full play to the role of archival services in safe production,and ensures the safety of motor train unit operation.
