中药外敷联合穴位按摩对股骨颈骨折患者术后功能康复的影响

Effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage on functional rehabilitation of patients after femoral neck fracture operation

目的:探讨中药外敷联合穴位按摩在股骨颈骨折患者术后功能康复的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年5月我院经手术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者94例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,各47例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药外敷联合穴位按摩,持续干预至术后7 d,并随访观察3个月。比较2组疼痛情况、髋关节功能恢复情况和并发症。结果:2组干预前视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和Harris髋关节评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),Harris髋关节中功能、疼痛、活动度、畸形评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合穴位按摩能够降低股骨颈骨折患者术后疼痛程度,有助于髋关节功能康复,降低术后并发症率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage on functional rehabilitation of patients after femoral neck fracture operation.Methods:A total of 94 patients with femoral neck fracture received operation in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 47 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with point massage on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted until 7 days after the operation,and patients were followed up for 3 months.Pain,hip function recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score and Harris hip joint function scores before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,range of motion and deformity of Harris hip joint function,and its total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,contribute to the functional rehabilitation of hip joint,and reduce the postoperative complications.
