校级护理技能大赛背景下学生标准化病人对高职护理学生培训效果的影响 被引量:2

Influence of student standardized patients on the training effect of higher vocational nursing students under the background of school-level nursing skills competition

摘要 目的:分析校级护理技能大赛背景下学生标准化病人对高职护理学生培训效果的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月某校参加校级护理技能大赛的83名大三年级护理专业学生临床资料,依据培训方法分为对照组40名,观察组43名。对照组采取传统培训,观察组加用学生标准化病人。测定评判性思维能力评分,比较2组理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩以及对培训的满意率。结果:观察组理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组对培训的满意率、寻求真相、自信心、求知欲的分数及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),其余各维度分数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:校级护理技能大赛背景下学生标准化病人能够提高高职护理学生培训效果,增强评判性思维能力且高职护理学生对培训的满意率高。 Objective:To analyze the influence of student standardized patients on the training effect of higher vocational nursing students under the background of school-level nursing skills competition.Methods:Data of 83 junior nursing students participating in the school-level nursing skills competition from Jan 2019 to Dec 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the training method,they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=43).The control group received traditional training,while the observation group received student standardized patients based on the control group.The critical thinking ability score before and after training was measured.The theoretical assessment results,practical assessment results,and satisfaction rate with the training was compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical assessment scores,practical assessment scores,and training satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of truth seeking,confidence and curiosity and total scores of critical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of other dimensions were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the background of school-level nursing skills competition,student standardized patients can improve the training effect,enhance the critical thinking ability,and increase the satisfaction rate of nursing students in a higher vocational colleges.
