智能聪配施壳寡糖和褐藻寡糖对烟草生长和病毒抗性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ZNC combined with chitosan oligosaccharide and alginate oligosaccharides on the growth and viral disease resistance in tobacco

摘要 智能聪(ZNC)是宛氏拟青霉Paecilomyces variotii的提取物,前期研究证明其具有促进植物生长,提高作物产量、品质和抗病的能力。为了进一步提高产品应用效果,本研究将智能聪分别与壳寡糖和褐藻寡糖复配,评价其对烟草生长和病毒病抗性的影响。结果表明,智能聪与壳寡糖或褐藻寡糖复配后的促生效果和对马铃薯X病毒(potato virus X,PVX)的抑制作用优于单剂,其中促生效果最佳的为0.05μg/mL智能聪与12μg/mL褐藻寡糖复配,处理后烟草株高、根长、侧根数、鲜重和干重分别比单施褐藻寡糖增加26.31%、20.41%、23.20%、23.60%和31.03%;对PVX病毒抑制作用最好的是0.05μg/mL智能聪与30μg/mL壳寡糖复配,对PVX抑制率为71.26%。研究结果可为防治烟草花叶病的药剂复配选择提供依据。 The immune inducer Zhinengcong(ZNC)is an extract from Paecilomyces variotii.Previous studies showed that ZNC had the ability to promote plant growth and increase plant yield and disease resistance.To further improve its efficacy in the field,ZNC was combined with chitosan oligosaccharide and alginate oligosaccharides to study their synergistic effects on tobacco growth promotion and virus resistance.The results showed that the combination of ZNC with chitosan oligosaccharide and alginate oligosaccharides led to better growth performance and higher resistance to potato virus X(PVX)as compared with single agents.The best combination for the growth of tobacco was the mixture of 0.05μg/mL ZNC and 12μg/mL alginate oligosaccharides,which significantly increased plant height,root length,root number,fresh weight and dry weight by 26.31%,20.41%,23.20%,23.60%and 31.03%,respectively.The best combination for inhibiting PVX was the mixture of 0.05μg/mL ZNC and 30μg/mL chitosan oligosaccharide,which significantly inhibited PVX by 71.26%.These results provide a basis for the selection of compound pesticides for controlling tobacco mosaic caused by PVX in the field.
