煤矿液压支架控制系统设计及其应用分析

摘要 以ZFS3300煤矿用液压支架为研究对象,对设备的控制系统进行了详细设计。系统利用传感器实时检测液压支架的运行状态,利用支架控制器实现设备各项动作的精确控制,可完成单个支架控制、支架成组动作自动控制和支架跟随采煤机自动控制等功能。系统基于CAN总线进行通信,以Rabbit3000单片机为核心,配套传感器数据采集模块、电磁阀驱动模块以及其他通信电路,构成了支架控制器。软件程序基于C语言在Dynamis 9.4平台上开发。将设计的控制系统应用到液压支架工程实践中,经过现场测验,发现各项功能都能够稳定可靠实现,达到了预期效果。 Taking ZFS3300 hydraulic support for coal mine as the research object,the control system of the equipment is designed in detail.The system uses sensors to detect the running state of the hydraulic support in real time,and uses the support controller to realize the precise control of various actions of the equipment.It can complete the functions of single support control,automatic control of group action of support and automatic control of support following shearer.The system communicates based on CAN bus.Taking Rabbit3000 microcontroller as the core,supporting the sensor data acquisition module,solenoid valve driving module and other communication circuits,which constitutes the bracket controller.The software program is developed on the Dynamis 9.4 platform based on C language.The designed control system was applied to the practice of hydraulic support engineering.After on-site tests,it is found that all functions could be realized stably and reliably,and the expected results were achieved.
